Our Fitness Studio offers over 80 classes every week no matter what your age or ability we will have something for you!

Toning sticks at the ready.  This is our popular dance and toning class, where you’ll sculpt and define that perfect body!

Pilates

Swiss Ball – Foundational Pilates exercises with the added benefit of core balance and stability on the Swiss Ball.
Fast-Flow – A unique, uptempo Pilates based exercise class fused with flowing dance movements.
Barre-Flow – A fusion of ballet, barrework, Pilates and conditioning exercises.
Mixed – A standard mat-work class suitable for all abilities; beginners to experienced.
PLUS  – A traditional Pilates class with the extra use of equipment.  Set length courses incorporating the ball, resistance bands and more.

Spin, Spin & …

The classic cardio workout, come along to one of our Easy Morning and Early Spin classes, all on the bike to test those lungs and those legs.  Or try our Spin & …, a 30 minute spin with another 30 minutes.

The absolute favourite for those ‘problem’ areas.  Why not join one of our instructors for a 45 minute blast of those target zones.  This one really is for all abilities.

The perfect low-impact, cardio and aerobic workout for everyone.  Don’t be fooled into thinking this is the ‘Easy’ one though.  Give it a try and find out!

Slow Flow:  Jane’s own fundamentals class. Learn it all with this introductory, slower paced class.  All abilities welcome.
Stretch:  Keep yourself nimble and feeling flexible with this great lengthened stretch class.  Absolute suppleness and inner peace.
Traditional:  This is your ‘exactly as it says on the tin’ class.  Achieve balance, flexibility and relaxation in the staple of our mind and body studio.
Chi Kung:  The new one on the books.  Enjoy Yoga? Then you’ll love this Chinese variant art form.  Movement exercise that promotes self-healing and body/mind balance through activating and channelling the flow of Chi.
